Intelligent Car Battery Charger AW05-1204 by TM "AUTO WELLE" is designed for charging lead-acid, gel, and AGM batteries with a capacity ranging from 1.2 Ah to 120 Ah, used in passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and other types of machinery and vehicles.

The charging cycle consists of 5 stages.

For 6V batteries

For 12V batteries

Diagnostics and Battery Analysis.
Initial Charging: recovery of a deeply discharged battery; voltage gradually increases.
Main Charging: charging with a constant current, voltage gradually increases; at this stage, the battery reaches 75–80% charge.
Final Charging: charging at a constant voltage, current gradually decreases; in this mode, the battery reaches 100% charge.
Maintenance Mode: the battery is maintained at 100% charge and remains ready for use.

LCD display with backlight

The LCD display with backlight ensures comfortable use of the charger at any time of day. Next to the display is the Mode button for switching between charging modes.

Slow charging mode

If no charging mode is selected manually, the device will automatically activate: for 12V batteries – the slow charging mode, for 6V batteries – the standard charging mode. Charging is performed with a reduced current of 0.8A.

Standard charging mode

Standard charging mode for 12V batteries. Charging is performed with a 3.8A current.

Winter charging mode

Winter charging mode is used for 12V batteries when the ambient temperature around the battery is below 5°C. Charging is performed with a 3.8A current and an increased charging voltage. This ensures more efficient charging and helps to extend the battery's lifespan.

Charge indicator

The number of rectangles inside the battery outline indicates the charge level (each rectangle represents 20% of the charge). When the battery outline stops flashing and all rectangles are visible, the battery is fully charged.
