Features

The cordless chainsaws from Könner & Söhnen® are modern gardening equipment based on lithium-ion batteries. The key advantage of cordless chainsaws is their mobility - you can use the tool in hard-to-reach places, remote from the central power grid.

Könner & Söhnen® cordless chainsaws are distinguished by their compact dimensions and light weight, ensuring maximum user comfort.

The more powerful KS CS40V-14 and KS CS40V-16 models, based on a brushless engine with a speed of 8000 rpm, provide high productivity and are the optimal solution for harvesting of firewood. This type of engine minimizes maintenance and extends the service life of the device.

The compact size and lightweight design of the batteries make them ideal for working with equipment without a feeling of extra heaviness. These batteries can boast about their high efficiency, rapid charging capability, and minimal power loss during standby mode.

FINANCIAL BENEFIT

A significant part of the cost of battery-powered tools is associated with the batteries. The ability to use the same battery for multiple tools ensures significant cost savings. Universal batteries* from Könner & Söhnen® are compatible with all battery-powered garden tools of our brand. Therefore, users only need to purchase a battery with the desired capacity and a charging device once, and then use them with any battery-powered tool in our series.

CONVENIENCE DURING WORK

The usage of single battery for multiple tools significantly simplifies the work process, saves time, and reduces work interruptions. There is no need to move, store, or monitor the charge status of various batteries. If you have multiple tasks to be done, simply take one battery with yourself and use it with different tools. Devices without batteries are much lighter in weight, enhancing overall convenience during work.

Ergonomic rubber anti-slip handle effectively reduces vibration and slip
Lightweight design ensures easy maneuverability in different cutting orientations

Automatic chain lubrication

Könner & Söhnen® chain saws are equipped with a modern automatic chain lubrication system. During operation, an integrated pump supplies the required amount of lubricating material to the bar and chain, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted lubrication for optimal productivity and an extended saw service life.

”tool-free” chain tensioning mechanism

The tool-free chain tensioning system, designed without the need for tools, is a highly convenient and crucial feature that enables quick and easy adjustment of the chain tension on the bar. There is no need for using extra tools! Proper chain tensioning improves cutting efficiency, helps prevent extra wear, and ensures reliable and safe tool operation.
