The Könner & Söhnen® HEAVY DUTY generator (6.5 kW max, 6.0 kW rated) is equipped with a EURO 5 compliant engine, supports ATS connection and external control. Das Gerät wurde mit Mängeln geliefert!
Das kann passieren, aber dann wurde der Termin zur Abholung nicht eingehalten. Ein Tag Urlaub verschwendet!
Unserer Bitte, dann jetzt wenigstens die Abholung und die Lieferung auf denselben Tag zu legen, wollte man mit fadenscheinigen Gründen, weil die Spedition das nicht könne, nicht nachgeben. Das hätte aber ja nicht eine Spedition gleichzeitig machen müssen.
Dann wurde uns eine Abholung am 28.09.2026 zugesagt, zu der uns die Unterlagen am 24.09.2026 zugehen sollten. Dies ist aber auch nicht passiert.
Verschwende ich jetzt am Montag einen weiteren Urlaubstag?
Wann ich das neue Gerät bekomme, ist auch immer noch terminiert, aber meine 2399,-€ haben Sie schon seit Wochen. Da helfen die 170,-€ Entschädigung wenig.
Alles sehr enttäuschend und kundenfreundlich geht wirklich anders.

3-4 Sterne. Der Generator sprang sofort an und wurde 1 Stunde bei knapp 50% Belastung betrieben. Soweit alles gut.
Was man verbessern könnte:
Die Lieferung erfolgte ohne Vorankündigung.
Die Betriebsanleitung ist grammatikalisch Fehlerbehaftet und könnte ausführlicher sein.
Am Generator wäre ein Griff zum Schieben vorteilhaft.
Der Generator ist trotz Dämmung sehr laut.
